Jewish Weddings
Jewish marriages do not have to take place in registered buildings, but do have to take place inside. This could be at the couple’s home. Discuss with arrangements with your Rabbi. Decide where the celebrations will be held. Give notice at your local Register Office(s) as for a civil wedding. Confirm that the secretary of the synagogue is licensed to keep a marriage register. If not, arrange for the Registrar to be present.
